Founder of Afghan Women’s support Charity Foundation
Ms. Shamila Hassanzai, daughter of Al-Haj Mohammad Ashraf Hassanzai was born in 1996 in a Pashtun, moderate, scholarly, and open-minded family in Kabul. Then, her family immigrated to Pakistan due to civil wars.
Ms. Hassanzai is a lawyer who has successfully finished her bachelor degree in Kabul. She has always fights to defend Afghan women’s rights that is why she has founded Afghan Women’s support Charity Foundation to cooperate and solve problems of the needy widows and let their voices be heard in all over the world, so philanthropists and other individuals may help them. She has an embroidered clothing company for women .
Ms. Hassanzai has been working with both Afghan and foreign organization to assist Afghan women in different provinces and villages of Afghanistan. She has worked as a volunteer to support Afghan women with AR-Japan for two years; besides. She has worked with USAID and AWDP as a master trainer in relations to the Afghan women’s rights additionally.
She is always ready to make an effort to make Afghan women happy and pave the way for them to take advantage of the human rights they deserve. She is honored to serve the women with all the honesty and humanity.
